Our Autumn 2016 concert took place at our usual venue, the Methodist Church in Dunstable where we were conducted by our new Musical Diretor, Steve Kent.

We were delighted to welcome for the first time as our guests the Grand Union Community Choir. Established in April 2009 and based in Linslade, Leighton Buzzard, the Grand Union Community Choir is open to singers of all ages who want to sing a mix of music for pleasure, as well as learning some technique along the way. There are no auditions and everyone is welcome, no matter how rusty or polished their voice!

The concert featured the Choral Suite from The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace by Karl Jenkins and the second half had a ‘last night of the proms’ flavour with all the usual favourites.

Tickets were £7 (concessions £5) and were available on the door.
